About This Project
This project started as an idea from my own inner world — but it only matters if it connects with yours.
I’m gathering our professional challenges in one place. Maybe this collection will inspire action. Maybe it will simply help us feel less alone by naming what is hard, unfair, or unsustainable.
I’ve also created a space for ideas — ways we might reclaim our profession and reimagine how we live while doing the work of listening, holding, and empathizing.
Too often, advocacy spaces are bound up in disclaimers, fear, and professionalism that erase our personhood. My hope here is different: to make room for frustration, anger, grief, and discontent in their raw form. Not polished, not postured — just true.
Therapy, to me, is one of the few vehicles we have for survival and transformation as a species. Pretending to be less human in order to do it has never made sense.
So this is an invitation: share feedback, share stories, speak from the primary emotion. I’m not here to define what should change. I’m here to hold space for the beginning of change — and that often starts with telling the truth.
